Schnitzer's manual stone flaker is ideal for rolling oats, wheat, rye, spelt and all other dry grains - even soy beans. It adjusts for flake thickness and features a mechanism to equalize the roller speeds to prevent grinding. It has a beautiful wood housing.

It will crush all types of grain the size of wheat, except for maize.

The thickness of the flakes is continuously adjustable. These stone rollers flake a little finer than the stainless steel rollers.

This is not ideal for oilseeds. If you want to process oilseeds, a flaker with stainless steel rollers is recommended because the stone rollers would stick together.
